Caroline Tigeress is a Novelist living and working in the blue-collar town of Longview, Washington.  Born to two teachers, she learned the rules of the English language entirely too early for her liking, yet made it pay off later in life.  She writes zines and runs www.northwestzineworks.com an independent media distributor.  She has a golden retriever and three cats, which assist her on her daily endeavors, as well as innumerable ornamental goldfish that have a tendency to eat far more than they should.  Current Projects include the MUTANT LIFE series, and the “Lil' Witch” comic strip.  Mutant Life: The Chronicles of Über is scheduled for completion in fall of 2006 and Mutant Life:The Chronicles of Mindbinder is scheduled for completion in Winter of 2007.  She can be seen at the Portland Zine Symposium 2006, and is available for speaking engagements.
